How to use your PD Rights

To use permitted development rights you TEST a proposed design against
the limiting sub-paragraphs in the appropriate Class of development.

If the proposed design passes all the tests set by the limiting paragraphs
it is permitted development and you have your planning permission.

Our example passes all the tests set by the limiting sub-paragraphs. Development is
permitted by Class B and planning permission is thereby granted by the GPDO
