3D Guides for 'the planning permission you've already got' are a new and unique way (we believe
they are a World 1st!!) for you to see and understand just how much you can do to your house
and it's garden using Permitted Development rights.
Our Models
The heart of a 3D Guide is the inter-active model---and there are thousands of different 3D Guides
in our Library---which you can navigate with your computer mouse to any view you like. You can
even go inside the model; go up and down the stairs and explore the new space inside an extension
for example, or a loft conversion, in one of our Project Scenes.
The models are geometrically accurate and realistically textured to provide a reasonable balance
between complexity and usability for the average household computer to handle. This geometric
accuracy is important: existing and any new stairs and landings, for example, are set at the correct
pitch and headroom requirements for building regulations so a similar arrangement to the one in
the model is likely to work on your house too.
Different Views
The 'Cut-a-Way' views ( a bit like 'sections') are particularly useful to see and understand the new
space you get inside your house from the extentions and loft conversions shown in the Project Scenes.
Indeed, our Cut-a-Way Scenes present views which are not possible to get any other way,
even by spending a great deal of money on professional drawings and plans.

forthcoming 3D Guides providing a unique, new way of understanding information
and all sorts of aspects of your house.
Our next release, due shortly, is the series on how to turn your house into an eco-home
